Shipping Method

With the exception of specifically listed promotions on the website, delivery policy is listed below.

1. Collection at Store (LaiChiKok Bay Garden Store) 

Apply for CONTOUR® Blood Glucose testing product only (no suitable for Incontinence - brand ABENA and INMED products). Customer please contact and book appointment with our staffs within office hour (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, except public holiday). No extra cost will be charged for this option.

2. Logistic Delivery (For purchase Incontinence products only)

Apply for Incontinence - brand ABENA and INMED products, if customer requires to purchase Blook Glucose testing products with Incontinence product as well, customer need to place a separate orders.

ABENA and INMED Incontinence product, minimum order HK$600 is required for order placed, order amount should not include the Blood Glucose testing products. we will offer free delivery for Incontinence products purchase over HK$600.  We will contact customer if order amount in total for Incontinence products doesn't over HK$600 and advise customer extra fee for delivery or if update order item is needed.

An order can be delivered to one address only.  If customer requires sending orders to multiple addresses, customer needs to place a separate order for each address. Delivery address needs customer to sign and recevie the parcel(s) or have family member(s)/ relationship(s) to help on sign and receive the parcel(s).

Shipping schedule:

This service provide by logistic parties to delivery, it may not have tracking number and website to tracking the delivery status.  Warehouse staff will contact customer to confirm the delivery schedule before the delivery arrange.

Logistic parties may have their regualar delivery schedule for each area zone, warehouse staff will explain and provide their delivery schedule to customer to confirm the delivery schedule.  Please understand this kind delivery is not allow to delivery to the pick up store or locker which in the market for customer self pick up. It may affect the delivery and delay if customer provided wrong delivery address or contact number.

3. SF Express/SF Express Service Center-Selfpicup/SF Express EF Locker-Selfpicup

Apply to All CONTOUR / Microlet Blood Glucose testing products, but not for ABENA and INMED Incontinence products.  If customer requries to purchase both types product of Blood Glucose testing producds and Incontinence, customer need to place a separate orders.

Shipping area:

An order can be delivered to one address only.  If customer requires sending orders to multiple addresses, customer needs to place a separate order for each address. 

Delivery service cover area of Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories.

Standard delivery within HKSAR, under the service area covered by SF Express.  If delivery address out of scope, courier willl contact customer for a closer delivery place for customer self pickup or customer advise another delivery address to courier.  Customer may need using the same mobile number to contact courier for any address changing request.

Shipping schedule:

Standard Delivery
for select standard delivery, it may take 3-5 working days after confirmed order payment to arrange order pick, pack for courier pickup and delivery.  It may also consider the inventory.  It may affect the delivery and delay if custoer provided wrong delivery address or contact number.

Delivery to factory and commerical address: Monday to Friday by before 6:00pm

Delivery to residential address: Monday to Friday by before 8pm

Self pickup store/locker: per each service center or EF locker working hours

Customer can change delivery address  by below methods

  1. Before delivery, order can be updated by our staffs, please contact our staff at our office hour (Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm)
  2. After delivery, customer may contact courier by registered mobile number for update the delivery address via courier hotline or log in courier APP to update.
